Greater Victoria Windsports Society (GVWS) is building a stronger Windsports community in Victoria, BC, a premier destination for all things wind!
Mission Statement
To establish and grow a community for windsports enthusiasts by preserving and developing access to wind and water locations across the Greater Victoria Area.
Our Goals
To promote Greater Victoria as a world class windsports destination.
To advocate for and protect access to beaches and waterfront in the Greater Victoria area for use by windsports participants.
To promote the safe use of beaches and waterfront in the Greater Victoria area for windsports participants.
To do all such other things as are incidental and ancillary to the attainment of the foregoing purposes and the exercise of the powers of the society.
And in the future, host events tailored to windsports enthusiasts.
